Thankful the seller accepted my offer. Was packed extremely well, and shipped quickly at a realist cost. As I told the seller, actually have a use for this, and checked it out upon receipt. Opened it up to check electrolytics for chemical leakage, an issue with old electronics, and put my in circuit cap checker on them, found all good. Put it back together and plugged it in, worked like a champ. I miss Radio Shack. Thanks Cosmic_Goods, you are all A+'s to infinity and beyond for me.

Shipped very quickly. Item was super well-packaged - no damage, unlike happened with another seller who sold me the same item and only protected it in a layer of bubble wrap and a soft envelope (not a padded envelope). Item was exactly as described. Paid more than I wanted to, but ultimately I got what I wanted. I would buy from this seller again.

The seller responded readily and respectfully to my questions. I have never seen such excellent packaging! The item was received just as the seller had described it, including the excellent pics of the cosmetic flaws. I would buy from this seller again "in a New York minute"!
