This seller is GREAT! USPS reported that this item was delivered to me at a certain date and time when I know for a fact that it was not. I reported the situation to eBay and received a response back directly from the vendor. The item showed up magically two days later under a different tracking number - clearly sent out by the seller in response to my ccmplaint. Great service folks! (Also a great item.) However, USPS sucks locally.

I was very pleased with the experience in purchasing this item. I received it in good condition and in a timely manner. The only issue I have is that I paid a little more to order this Ebay as I do not wish to interact and purchase from Amazon where this item was slightly cheaper yet this item was shipped and packaged from Amazon. This does not make me happy .

The shipment arrived 9 days late through no fault of the seller who has been stellar in responding to several emails from me. The initial shipment was lost and to their credit the seller replaced the original shipment which arrived yesterday. I highly recommend this seller and would not hesitate to purchase from them again.
