There were some shipping delays that the seller was not at fault for in any way, it was a customs issue. The seller stayed in contact with me throughout and made sure that I was aware of the status. Excellent to work with! The product itself is adorable and was still in its packaging. I love it. It’s soft and warm.

Received as described. Even though the holder arrived with a dent on the bottom, the seller was very responsive and offered a partial refund for the damaged item. I would purchase from this seller again and would request more bubble wrap to protect the goods during shipment.
