I'm giving the neutral rating due to an initial lack of communication about a missing card. I was fine with not getting that missing card; I was more concerned about the time it took for the issue to be resolved, and the fact that I initiated the communication about it. The seller did the best they could when the issue was uncovered, promptly shipping the rest out and giving a partial refund. The cards received were in an expected condition.
