   Fantastic communication with seller. He provided additional pictures of the item, in which I asked for. Seller send them right away. I purchased with high confidence, feeling I had no worries. Thank you for shipping the item protected with bubble wrap and paper. The Sony player absolutely looks brand new/ white. Works/sounds great! Trusted seller who responds quickly. Item is what my family has been looking for. We had one many moons ago, that just stopped working! Great price! A+++++

   A+ plus seller, good communicator, exactly as described, pictures were fantastic, the quality of the item looks like new, seller was really careful about the packaging, making sure that it was packed really well on its way to way to Hawaii, the appearance of the product is near flawless, I feel it’s a very good value, and the condition is excellent

   Outstanding customer service. I needed these books for a family reunion and Patrick fronted extra postage to ensure timely delivery. The books were carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and enclosed in a cardboard box. That is good because the box had two holes in it, but the books were well protected.
