Description
This is a Fine, signed example of “ Memoirs: A Twentieth Century Journey in Science and Politics, ” by Hungarian physicist Edward Teller with Judith L. Shoolery, published by the Easton Press, with special material copyrighted by same in 2001. Fine publisher’s notes and fine COA laid in loosely. Signed by Teller on publisher’s signature page, #1,080/1,225. At 628 pages long, it is a very sharp, desirable copy, bound in beautiful gray, gold-gilt leather. Unmarked by human hands inside and out, the book is--as usual with Easton-- all edges gilt, with its ribbon marker in fine shape in this surely unread volume with tight hinges. The edges show only a very light scratch on the top, two of the same on the bottom, and two pinhead dots on the fore. (See photos.) And, before you ask, no, there are no names nor bookplates, used or not. Overall, this is a beautiful, unread example! We will combine shipping if at all possible--and we will wrap them as if we were shipping them to ourselves! And, yes, returns are allowed if the book does not match the description when it arrives. Questions are more than welcome!
