Item (CD player) unfortunately arrived not fully functional: front panel display did not work. Apparently it was damaged in shipping (ebay picture of item showed working panel) despite being packaged well. After communication with seller to provide information for insurance claim, all charges (including shipping) were refunded quickly (item arrived on a Thursday, refund was issued following Tuesday). Although I was disappointed not to get a fully functional item, seller handled this well.
