Great seller. Item was well packaged and shipped in reasonable time. Overall condition was good. However, when powered up and loaded with paper and ink cartridges, it displayed "printer error" and paper jam messages. I contacted Epson about the problem with no resolution on error and then notified seller, who readily gave full refund. Fortunately, it was insured with Allstate at time of sale. Overall, it was a pleasure doing business with the seller and hope to link up again..
