Pickup Policy Local Pickups are available by appointment only using eBay messaging. Local Pickup orders MUST be picked up within 14 days of the date paid. Any orders not picked up within that timeframe will be considered a donation back to Goodwill and will be resold. Refunds will not be given for these orders.
