Didn't have the book I paid for & it took several messages to finally get a response. They apologized & refunded my money & also gave me a credit for my trouble. But again, it took many messages to get a reply They apologized & told me that they would send out the new books. Time went by, and nothing came. When I finally got a reply different people would answer differently, but eventually they got on the same page & books finally arrived. Sellers are slow, but honest & I would buy from again.

Fantastic seller. Had an issue where the book had a pressable tick near the top corner that wasn’t caught by me in the pictures. I didn’t notice until I received the book. It was not caught by the seller when listed and because of that it was not written in the description. Upon bringing this information to the seller they quickly worked it out with me and made it right. I will 100% purchase from this seller again without question. They have made a returning customer out of me.

Great seller with excellent communication and customer service!
