Godzilla, King of Monsters #9 - Marvel Comics Group (1978) From 1977 to 1979, Godzilla starred in a 24-issue run of comics written by Doug Moench, drawn by Herb Trimpe and published by Marvel Comics entitled Godzilla, King of the Monsters .The series thrusts Godzilla completely into the Marvel Universe. Godzilla first appears by bursting out of an iceberg near Alaska. Over the course of the series, he crosses the continental United States and eventually ends up in New York City. All issues are bagged and boarded. I brought these comics when they first came out from either Forbidden Planet (in Denmark Street) Gosh Comics(in Great Russell St), read once and stored away,not as a professional collector but as someone who never threw them away or lent them out. Please check images carefully for the condition of the items as I am not a grader. Good condition in a plastic bag for over 45 years. Please note the foxing of the paper.
