Exactly as described in the listing. After comparing listings this is a fair price for the item. Very carefully and securely packaged for shipment. Dreadful shipping experience, though...I followed the tracking information, watching the "expected delivery date" move further and further out (2 weeks total from order to delivery). At one point, the item took 7 days to move between two postal facilities less than 5 miles apart. Clearly NOT the seller's fault whatsoever, but concerning.

Arrived as described in good condition in original box all in excellent packaging - I am happy. I am not a serious train collector so I was not bothered that two small F-M decals to be applied to the engine sides were missing, but for collectors this could be an issue. Note I did NOT contact the seller about this as the Ebay auction pic clearly shows the decals are missing. and the engine was listed as used. For collectors - know your item and examine the pictures closely!
