I've only been collecting Easton Press leather bound classic books for a few years now, but high upon my wants list was their published version of Starship Troopers by Robert A. Heinlein. It's a beautifully designed and crafted work of a true sci-fi classic sure to stand the test of time & maintain interest thanks to the popular 90s movie (and potential upcoming new film!).
