Great shipping, had no issues getting in contact with the seller, they were very polite and the product came in great condition the only issue was a little dimple in the back but that doesn't matter to me. The front appearance looks brand new and it came with 3 photocards missing but other than that I got my money's worth! Not the sellers problem at all, when I told them the photocards were missing they said they had never purchased a kpop album before so this was new for them. Great seller.

Condition and appearance as listing stated. Decent value. But shipping could have been better. Discs dislodged in shipping and got scratched up. Maybe think about how you ship your discs. A cardboard box excellent. The only protection being a piece of packing paper not great. But thanks, finally can add this to my collection.

Great seller! Would recommend. The seller communicated really fast. The tapes shipped within a day, and when I got them, they were packaged very neatly. Upon testing, the tapes looked and sounded great! Hopefully, I can do business again with this seller in the future!
