Book condition was listed as "Like New", which according to eBay means no creases, but about 38-40 of the pages were dog-eared. So, clearly not "Like New". I contacted the seller, said that I'd be giving neutral feedback, and gave two options for how we could proceed. They promptly implemented the option I said I preferred.
