   The item was well packaged and in great condition. Shipping took a little longer than expected due to a mishap with the post office, but the seller kindly helped and sorted things out. The seller has great communication and understanding with customers. The item itself is also in great condition, all accessories are accounted for. The quality of the figure looks great, very worth the masterpiece name. I am really happy and grateful to finally have a masterpiece Megatron to my collection.

   A long Journey! Tifa was unharmed and in mint condition (although, the original seal was broken). It took way longer, becaus of some communication faults on my side and some issues regarding address (german letters) and the destination. even though the seller sometimes took some time to replay, he always did and was always helpfull and honest! so, i can only reccomend this shop and would always buy there again! Greetings from Austria :)

   While there were some initial issues with shipping, this seller was very communicative and solved the problem quickly. We still received the item by Christmas (it was a gift for my son). Would purchase from this seller again!
