Definitely worth the money and the communication between the seller was excellent. But as for the delivery was poor, they sent it by FedEx. And the should reimburse the seller on this shipping. 1) they put heavy stuff on it and crushed the box.2) The pressure was so bad it could have caused damage to the watch. 3) they held up delivering it for a week, if it wasn’t for me following up on this & threatening to sue them. It would have not been delivered & would be still , sitting on there self.

Great seller! Fantastic and ongoing communication. Prompt shipping, item was in expected condition—appears brand new in factory package. Price was comparable to other similar items. A little expensive, but understandable for a new discontinued (at least in some markets) item. Importantly, seller *included shipping in item price*, no ridiculous shipping fees. As it should be. Shipping should be built into cost. Packaging was adequate and had no issues upon arrival. Positive recommendation.

A fantastic product, the VH 14 D came in original packaging and it was untouched. Amazing quality and it’s been super fun to play. The seller was very quick to communicate and respond, and unprompted gave me updates on shipping. I was a little nervous, not buying from Roland itself, but I’m very happy. I save myself a couple hundred dollars and I got the product very quickly. Overall fantastic experience and I highly recommend this seller to anyone looking for these VH 14 D high hats.
