Revising our original feedback due to a miscommunication. Seller has reached out several times, which had been overlooked on our end. They even issued a full refund that was not necessary since the problem seems to have been the (1) dvd. We had decided to just keep. We ve watched approximately half with no issues. We believe the issue with the 1st one was a manufacturer issue. Highly recommend business with this seller.
