Memoir of James Brainerd Taylor, Second Stereotype Edition, Revised Under The Sanction Of The Surviving Compilers. By: John Holt Rice, D.D. and Benjamin Holt Rice, D.D. Published by The American Tract Society, New York (1833). "Entered according to Act of Congress, in the year 1833, by Knowles Taylor, in the Clerk's Office of the District Court of the Southern District of New York." Not a reprint, but the original book from 1833. 441 pages, 6" x 4" x 1.25". In good condition, with firm binding. Slight separation of front cover from spine but the binding remains firm (see photo). No writing in the book except for the attractive signature of an early owner, "Nye, April 6th 1846" on the first page, which lightly bled to the blank second page preceding the title page.
