   **Item listed as new – very disappointed.** The package arrived poorly packed, with no proper protection. The item was supposed to be **new**, yet **the game's case insert inside the box had been cut**, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, I had to pay **€81 in additional import fees**, even though these were already paid at the time of purchase. For a product listed as new and at this price point, bad experience – I do not recommend
