The item description said it would be shipped out in 3 days, it took longer around 5 days but I had to contact the seller in order to see why there was a delay. And that wouldn’t have been such a big deal until the item I paid over $140 for was shipped out in a bubble mailer, there was fragile things that could have been damaged. For the lack of professionalism I rate this seller 3/5 stars

Packaging of doll is as shown in picture, taped up and looks opened as the back is severed from packaging. Despite this, the doll is in pristine condition and includes all accessories. No issues with shipping and wait time was not too long.
