Kuroha Shida Osamake Anime Collectible arrived exactly as described, new in perfect condition. She is adorable — although I was blissfully unaware that she came with extra limbs (which is creepy to me). There was definitely care in packaging, and Seller went above & beyond by shipping UPS. I am going to wait for my tiny visitors before I open the window-box. The attention to detail in the figure is impressive, proof of high quality. I look forward to buying from Seller again. Item arrived quickly but the packaging left a lot to be desired. The item wasn't insulated and only gap filler was placed above it so the item itself was right up against the packaging. The package appears to have taken a hit in transit that resulted in a dent on the box of the item. Was the figure damaged? No it's fine, but I had planned to display the box so a dent was very disheartening. It doesn't kill the experience entirely but it's a collector's item and overall condition matters to me.

Cards arrived in great condition just as described. The artwork on the card is really nice. Purchased them at a great price. Unfortunately, there was delay in delivery apparently caused by the postal service. I reached out to the seller and he immediately offered to assist in tracking down the package. Eventually the card was delivered to me soon after. I appreciate how helpful and friendly the seller was to fix the issue. Thanks! A+++
