Purchased this item and they shipped super fast and it was delivered quick. HOWEVER, the machine delivered was DOA and wouldn’t give a picture when booting. I messaged them and provided the troubleshooting steps and asked if there was anything else I could try. They messaged back immediately and asked a few questions before just sending out a replacement machine! Top notch service! This wasn’t my first purchase from them and won’t be my last! A+!

Hello, the seller was descriptive enough of these speakers arriving no problem and packed well, saying they were tested, but I found out otherwise, the both of them buzzed when a little bass response was put through them, reaching out to the seller about this matter, and was sent a return shipping label for a full refund, and for this, I'm grateful, Thank you much. I'm going to shoot very straight with this comment. Item arrived exactly as advertised and in excellent condition. The item was packaged professionally and shipped promptly.
