Upon receiving the unit and refunding the money I realized it did work - it just needed a simple reset - instructions where found easily on google. After above average service and quick turn around - I was rewarded with a negative feedback on that transaction. If you feel the need to give me negative feedback - let me know you are unhappy before hand so we can try to work it out. - POSTAGE: The post office is a magical and confusing place and I do my best to calculate exact shipping - however sometimes I'm off.
