The seller replied to my shipping/delivery concern within just an hour. Strictly speaking, the shipping is not the seller's fault. The problem is in the carrier's tracking system. The package was shipped to Alberta Canada address in October/November on time but the tracking system still says that the item is in Chicago customs for more than 2 weeks. I trusted the tracking system and did not check my mailbox when it was -20C for a week. The problem was solved. The item is described. I recommend.
