I let the seller know that the first 10 pages in one of the 3 books in my order were torn and rather than just refund me for that one book, the seller refunded me the money for the ENTIRE order. I didnt ask for a refund nor expect it until I randomly opened up my ebay account and found a message from the seller letting me know that I was getting the FULL refund for my entire order.
