Heydi was so helpful! I was going on a trip, and requested that she ship the book later so I would receive shipment when I got back; not have the book sitting out on my doorstep with no one home. She was able to delay shipping for two days, and was super helpful! Seller shipped extremely quickly, received around two weeks earlier than expected. Items were carefully packaged and arrived in excellent condition. Communication from seller was prompt, and a small issue that arose was quickly resolved. Excellent value for the price - feel very lucky to have picked up a full set of these books in such great condition for under $500. Overall, I highly recommend this seller - I had an excellent experience buying.

The package arrived today and is as described so I'm rating the sale as positive overall. A bit dismayed that shipping cost more than the item itself because seller used retail pricing... wish she had used Click 'n' Ship or PirateShip which would've cost $5-8 less (and still would've included $100 insurance). Other than that, 5 stars for item description and communication.
