Bought this card recently. Unfortunately there has been an accident with the delivery which made it unable to pickup the card and it has been send back to the store. However the people from TCG NAO Japan were incredibly helpful and transparent during this process and offered me multiple options to solve the situation. Would definitely recommend to buy from this store as they are very reliable and communicate very polite and open. Really great service

I got the impression this store doesn’t have a lot of the items they have for sale. They wait for a sale then that’s when they begin trying to obtain the item. It took 3 weeks for my package to get mailed, and another 2-3 weeks for it to finally reach me. I didn’t receive any correspondence about why it was taking so long. It eventually did arrive and I’m happy with it, but 3 weeks before it’s even mailed with zero communication. You lose 2 stars.
