The Toshiba ST-665 Digital Synthesizer AM/FM Tuner arrived today. I just happened to check the porch and found the box on the top step of my porch in the rain. FedEx uses contract agents to make deliveries (as opposed to UPS who has its own drivers). The FedEx agent here leaves packages out in the weather (and vulnerable to porch pirates). Many FedEx agents just do not care/are too lazy/too mach in a hurry. UPS is the other extreme; they care/put packages right by the door and out of sight. WOW!

Item arrived 2 days ahead of scheduled date and was well packaged with mucho bubble wrap. I have not checked all of the many features, but knowing the item was tested is instrumental in my selection of a 30 year old piece of stereo equipment. I am absolutely thrilled to have my sound system back in operation at reasonable cost including shipping! Thankyou for a great transaction from start to finish. Happily adding Packrat to my list for future purchase considerations.

I guess I have to eat my own words after discovering that the package was delivered damaged and after having spoken to the seller I was wrong and I have to correct that so I apologize definitely a good place to do business they re honest and trustworthy and we ll do business there again definitely five stars
