This was an unpleasant buying experience. The seller never contacted me which I viewed as rude. The casserole & lid arrived broken but other C&I items in the box were fine. I did not wish to return the items. I wanted a partial refund.?This seller didn’t have enough common courtesy to give an answer. It was drug out so my money would not be refunded in a timely manner. I would never buy from this seller again.

Item was shipped out later than I would have expected. It was not shipped out until the 9th business day. That being said, the item arrived within the estimated delivery window. Packaging was adequate. Now onto the item! It was as described and worked well. I am happy with it.
