Hello, the seller was descriptive enough of this item arriving no problem, well packed, but the unpacking began and I couldn't believe what I saw the speaker cone fully extended, or protruded, if you will, contacted the seller of the matter, I was sent a return label, and fully refunded, and for this, I am grateful to the seller of this, I really wanted these speakers to work out, Thank you much.
