The shipper is communicative and answers any questions that you might have guaranteeing confidence in the transaction. The item however was poorly packaged (especially for a trip to Alaska). It is a brass bell placed into a box of its exact size without any protective wrapping. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase though in hindsight packaging care needs some work.
