For sale is a super cool pair of vintage Fisher STV-9438 home speakers with 12s. Very nostalgic restore job for me as these were THE speakers to have during my High School days in the early 1990s, I believe they were made in the late 80s. Not super high end speakers but they sound better then I expected, I am quite happy with how these turned out. Stripped them down and gave them a fresh coat of paint and they look fantastic now. I had to reseal inside the cabinets because they were rattling and thats gone, tweeters were shot so I had to put in new tweets. Grills are good, one is like new, the other has some light fabric wear but no big holes or tears. Top of one speaker has a minor chip as pictured, these turned out quite nice, any Fisher collector would be quite happy with these! Shipping was on time, arrived in perfect condition for such an old piece of PA equip. No cracks on the brittle plastic, fantastic DIY packaging to achieve that. 100% as described. I liked the value of the price, $30 for a vintage original plastic horn is fair. Image is with my tweeter installed.
