   When the seller discovered I lived in a neighboring town he selected to personally deliver the item after the post office disappointed both of us. Post office tracking indicated the item had been delivered to my address when it had, in fact, been returned to the seller. Packaging was sufficient and secure. Item was described as used but the item received was new and unused-it still had the manufacturers tie wraps on it. Great value for an excellent camera bag that's been discontinued by Lowe Pro

   I bought this machine because my mom had this model and I think it sews better than any modern machine. Seller shipped quickly. Machine was slightly broken when it arrived which will cause it to bounce around when sewing, which will reduce the quality. I would recommend the seller package better in the future. I brought this to the seller's attention and they responded very quickly. However, because it arrived broken I did rate it 4/5 stars - it did not arrive fully as described.

   Good shipping. Packed safely. Unit has some issues with the record level potentiometers but I’m sure a good cleaning can resolve it. Other than that, it works as described. Good item for the value.
