Had to file a dispute over not receiving the item, seller explained that the courier never picked up the item for shipping. Seller was very responsive and the item arrived shortly after the inquiry. The shoes arrived safely although the shipping bag was open upon arrival, not packed very well. Shoes were as described and cost was reasonable.
