Item was packaged well and arrived quickly. The exact statue was unfortunately out of stock by the time I placed my order, but me and the seller managed to arrange an acceptable compromise for another, equally high quality statue by a different maker. Great communication. Very helpful and kind. Shipping cost was high, but that's to be expected given the current climate, and I do not in any way blame the seller. 5 out of 5 stars, very pleased overall.
