   This seller sold me a Batman labeled as new and it came damaged and opened. He was great on communication and explained he actually had the item out of stock and had to buy it off another seller to fulfill his promise. He didn’t check the contents of the box and forwarded the object to me and that’s where I found out it was damaged. He offered a refund or partial refund by choice and I opted for the partial refund. He was willing to make things right and he was efficient. I still recommend him.

   I was very happy with the package everything was perfect until a tiny missing accessory the sandwich for the action figure of Fio but this seller Gendryer was very kind and trustworthy he explained the situation it was a manufacturer by mistake it was label as new but hey I'm so happy at the end of the day Gendryer did say if you need any help just let me know that right there is trustworthy five stars

   Unfortunately after making this purchase the seller released the item was out of stock, no problem as these things happen the seller was very straightforward and issued a full refund as soon as the issue was released excellent seller communication just unfortunate that we couldn’t complete the purchase. I would definitely buy from this seller again in the future.
