I received a box with 4 factory sealed pieces of tape cut. I was not expecting that. Customs? I was expecting the item on 5/30/24. It arrived today 5/8/24. That was a pleasant surprise. This is not Amazon 2-day delivery. Patience is required. I got an original box product, not a bag containing factory sealed bags of parts. Instructions included, still sealed. Shipping time needs reduction, but it was communicated to me, so I was aware of the time required.

perfect not as big as the photo show and the box was split open but all seems to be there postage was a bit expensive considering it came from china and not America. but i can live with that
