A+ seller. Fast and free shipping. Item was knowingly inoperable per description, But damaged in shipping per item pictures. Due to bad seller packaging. Ebay boxes, Ebay tape, Fedex shipped. (2-whole foods brand reusable grocery bags/totes were used to secure the item. Seller could have put two of the same item in this size box) Ended up with a bent housing, broken cord connector and a snapped off circuit board. Could blame Fedex, But this was preventable.
