The item arrived quickly and was wrapped securely in bubble wrap. Through what I believe was no fault of the sellers and was simply an error in the item's design, there were a number of noticeable marks where the illustration printed onto the acrylic rather than sealed inside had been rubbed from the surface leaving holes behind which was upsetting to see but, once again, the seller was not to blame
