Honestly same thing with the second time i’ve bought from them my figure came in excellent condition and was packed perfectly genuinely love this seller as i’ve never had any problems. The package took a bit to ship out but it being from Japan sent to the US that was to be expected. It was packed very well not even the cosmetic box was damaged. The item showed up as described and was a great deal for an item from another country. 10/10 I would recommend this seller.
