Seller was communicative and friendly. Shipping time took shorter than expected as well. However, the figure is fake and the head popped off as soon as I opened the box. Paint job was obvious that it s a knock off too. As soon as I communicated the issue with the seller, I received a partial refund so it made the situation somewhat better.
