Expected better. Communication from seller was okay.. not sure why they take so long to ship stuff out. Packaging must improve as this item is a several hundred dollar card that was just put in a toploader (with card sticking almost half way out when opened) and in between two cardboard "protectors", placed inside of a small envelope. And lastly, the card itself is nowhere near "NM/near mint" (as stated in the description) but more of a solid LP/light play condition instead.

The quality and value of the product were really good, and very quick communication. The shipping was fast and that was even with a slight delay due to a holiday. The condition of the booster box I purchase was slightly dented when I received it but, the cards inside were perfectly fine. The box had a nice appearance. Genuinely lovely shopping experience overall.
