I don't really want to leave a negative feedback, as this could simply be a courier issue. I've ordered hundreds of cards on eBay that shipped via standard lettermail. This was the first time that an order was not delivered to my address. I reached out to seller two weeks after the latest expected delivery window, as I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. The seller refused to refund and implied that he may be getting scammed. I had to wait another week for eBay to resolve it for me.
