Shipping was was prompt and packaging was good. While I received the expected item the description indicated item was like new...physically it was. However, upon opening the packaging it was immediately clear this item did not come from a smoke-free home...It would have greatly appreciated to have upfront disclosure of this in the listing - I may or may not have still purchased the item but honesty is key. Aside from that, the item appears to be fully functional and damaged free...odor aside.
