   Item was exactly as described. Not only that….I made a mistake with my order and had the wrong shipping address for a size medium. I went and ordered the size small as well just in case my size medium could not be fixed. Not only were they accommodating and corrected my order but they weren’t greedy and refunded me for the small since I didn’t need it. Such an ethical and customer service driven thing to do! Outstanding seller!

   I bought this backpack for my daughter because she is a big Jujutstu Kaisen fan & needed a new one. Item came as described. It was also packaged very well. She’s super excited about the bonus pin. For some reason, the item was stuck in limbo but I reached out to the seller & they were able to resolve the issue & have it delivered to me right away. Very happy with the product. Thank you!

   Ken is in perfect condition just as described. My order was delayed during shipping and that usually makes me concerned, but my order was very well packed and was completely protected. This seller was also very quick to respond to my inquiry about when my order would ship(3 Business Days/Not Sat). I would definitely buy from this seller again.
